Founder
Pragya Tamta is a producer and filmmaker from Uttarakhand, committed to reshaping how Indian cinema represents marginalized voices. She founded Dalit Film Circle to build a national directory of Dalit filmmakers and crew members. With this initiative, Pragya aims to amplify Dalit talent, foster collaboration, and ensure that those behind the camera reflect the diversity of the stories being told.
